Richards loves finding efficient, collaborative ways to move systems forward. Her experiences range from local gender-equality initiatives, to global data strategy programs, to serving on the board of directors for a non-profit leadership development program.

Coding skillset includes intermediate R & SQL, as well as basic Python. More importantly, Richards excels at efficiently finding the answers to her coding questions.

With experience in both biology and data science, Richards is able to bridge the two worlds to provided more informed, meaningful analyses and insights.
